Business Deals Continue to Crumble For Actor Chris Noth
Since being accused of sexual assault by three women, brands are racing to distance themselves from Chris Noth.
Last week actor Chris Noth was accused of sexually assaulting two women. Since the allegations were made, more women have come forward including actor Zoe Lister-Jones who spoke out about Noth’s inappropriate behavior towards her while filming an episode of Law & Order. And an old article resurfaced which details abuse claims made by Noth’s ex-girlfriend Beverly Johnson in the 1990s. A third woman has bravely come forward and detailed her experience of being sexually assaulted by Chris Noth in 2010 when she was only 18 years old and he was 55. Noth denied the allegations.
“The story is a complete fabrication, and the alleged accounts detailed throughout read like a piece of bad fiction,” a spokesperson for Noth said in a statement to The Times. “As Chris stated [Thursday], he has and would never cross that line.”
Since these allegations were made, brands are racing to distance themselves from the mess. The viral Peloton ad starring Noth was pulled after only 48 hours.
